The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ian Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The supporters of Agroboys SM - CIMZ booed when Queluzito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Queluzito fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Queluzito's Nando Lima looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valério Monteiro came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Queluzito's Aírton de Amaral. But to his dismay, Aírton de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 21 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Alcântara. If Nando Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Nando Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nando Lima took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valério Monteiro. Valério Monteiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Agroboys SM - CIMZ's zone, Aírton de Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valério Monteiro came out of the goal and Aírton de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Queluzito's goalkeeper Paulo José Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulinho Moraes. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Nando Lima made the kick off in the second half. Queluzito's Aírton de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 52nd minute, Natanael Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valério Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Lima in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Agroboys SM - CIMZ getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Acácio Freitas hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Tião de Amaral. Queluzito's Felippe Fonseca was substituted for Jano Mineiro. Paulo José Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Paulinho Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Percy Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acácio Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Aírton de Amaral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Valério Monteiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Natanael Prata during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Queluzito booed when Agroboys SM - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natanael Prata hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The Queluzito players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
