A very good chance. After 34 played minutes Internazionale-RS got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Campidelis. Filipe Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Ramos in the 35th minute of play. Eliézer Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliézer Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eliézer Ramos hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The wind increased when Jorginho Soares made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Linhares having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Internazionale-RS's zone, Luís de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Travassos came out of the goal and Luís de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filipe Travassos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Glauco Paranaense's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Filipe Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho de Amaral in the 65th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Lauro Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cléber de Souza hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Internazionale-RS booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléber de Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Lauro Linhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save CE LAJEADENSE RS from getting a goal against them.
