Sven Dala ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mike Zoetmulder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inko Colillas in the 19th minute of the match. If Inko Colillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute, Inko Colillas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hockeysnubbarnas BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, De Pelgrims's Mathias de Ruijter got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szymon Pilitowski in the 27th minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathias de Ruijter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Algot Myr made a huge save. After some careless play in the De Pelgrims defense, Aleksander Gustafsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mike Zoetmulder. The De Pelgrims fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mike Zoetmulder should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute Huub Gerrits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of De Pelgrims booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Algot Myr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The supporters of Hockeysnubbarnas BK booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fu Peng Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball.
