During the 15th minute of the match Elpidio Intxixu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Elpidio Intxixu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 16 played minutes ⲨⲀⲚⲀ got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Intxixu. The crowd rose to their feet as Arif Gaffar Çeliksu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Geronimo Abeijon. That made the score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Enzo Toro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asım Arif Macit was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Asım Arif Macit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Toro's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Enzo Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asım Arif Macit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asım Arif Macit was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in NİĞDE FK's zone, Enzo Toro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asım Arif Macit came out of the goal and Enzo Toro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, NİĞDE FK's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Toro came free, but Asım Arif Macit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Enzo Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asım Arif Macit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enzo Toro in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Asım Arif Macit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes into the match, NİĞDE FK's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Kauldi came free, but Asım Arif Macit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Derviş Şemseddin made a kick off. Asım Arif Macit made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Enzo Toro sent off a good shot on target. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Asım Arif Macit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Kauldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Enzo Toro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asım Arif Macit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over ⲨⲀⲚⲀ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than NİĞDE FK throughout the match.
