Jiang De took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Abeijon. Geronimo Abeijon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Geronimo Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Påk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geronimo Abeijon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jiang De in the 16th minute. In the 27th minute, Jiang De made a precise shot to the right of Geronimo Abeijon. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jiang De had several of the ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Geronimo Abeijon as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jiang De might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Abeijon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jiang De ran back to his position shaking his head. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Geronimo Abeijon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save ⲨⲀⲚⲀ from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Gremio Viana's Jiang De ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Geronimo Abeijon. Geronimo Abeijon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jiang De got free with Geronimo Abeijon in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 minutes ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Augustin Panaiteanu who took care of the corner kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enzo Toro made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Leonel Patrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 51 minutes into the match, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goal looked a bit too open when Jiang De came free, but Geronimo Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabrizio Crognale kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Samuel Fiúza was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gustavo Furtado. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Samuel Fiúza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Jiang De had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Geronimo Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiang De in the 72nd minute of play. If Eulalio Abilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gremio Viana made a substitution. Carlos Luna replaced Jiang De. Gremio Viana's Antonio Calisto was substituted for Tony Påk. Albi Koka kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Antonio Calisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Carlos Luna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Abeijon. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Luna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 94 minutes into the match, Carlos Luna notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Geronimo Abeijon. Geronimo Abeijon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gremio Viana fans cheered their team off the field, for while ⲨⲀⲚⲀ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
