Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adolf Jamieson got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Ricart Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Vlad Geamănu hit a great ball. Jerom Smoors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Ramalho in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerom Smoors made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Doron Bantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jerom Smoors came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ricart Futebol Clube's Doron Bantz. But to his dismay, Doron Bantz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jerom Smoors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricart Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Doron Bantz in the 19th minute. The corner ended in Doron Bantz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RoBen FC's Jerom Smoors did a great save. 19 minutes into the match, RoBen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovânio Gerber came free, but Jerom Smoors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerom Smoors didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geovânio Gerber went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Andres Ekhi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Palle Ovengaard. Jerom Smoors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Palmeira in the 26th minute of the match. Andres Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolf Jamieson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind RoBen FC's goalkeeper Jerom Smoors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Abel Ramalho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of RoBen FC's Jerom Smoors. Jerom Smoors was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd match minute, RoBen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurits Arksøe to maneuver through the defense. Jerom Smoors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ramalho in the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Abel Ramalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ricart Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Ramalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Hori made a kick off. Eusebio Hori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerom Smoors read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Eusebio Hori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerom Smoors was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusebio Hori showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 67 minute of play. A collision led to RoBen FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Frits Mosvad hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerom Smoors narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Hori got free with Jerom Smoors in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute Eusebio Hori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerom Smoors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Prado kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Eusebio Hori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ricart Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After 86 minutes of play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerom Smoors was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th play minute Eusebio Hori came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerom Smoors. 0-8. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind RoBen FC's goalkeeper Jerom Smoors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Ricart Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ricart Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
