In the 11th minute Merten Münch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes Messi Dream Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Julio Gonzales who took care of the corner kick. 俞迅弘 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Emiliano Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Merten Münch made a precise shot to the right of Emiliano Martínez. Arsenal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Emiliano Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merten Münch in the 26th minute of the match. In the last second Elias Macerio throw himself and got hold of the ball when Venancio Unai in the 27thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 32 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Amor came free, but Emiliano Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Messi Dream Team were awarded a corner. Ramon Amor went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rodolfo Bastiaro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emiliano Martínez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Venancio Unai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Macerio having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Gerardo Mano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elias Macerio. That made the score 1-1 in the 38 minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Mino to maneuver through the defense. When Merten Münch fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Messi Dream Team's protests and gave Merten Münch a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, Messi Dream Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merten Münch to maneuver through the defense. Arsenal's Gerardo Mano got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Venancio Unai made a kick off. Emiliano Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 俞迅弘 in the 52nd minute of play. Merten Münch took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Martínez. Emiliano Martínez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Emiliano Martínez made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Merten Münch sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Messi Dream Team's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Unai came free, but Elias Macerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venancio Unai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Unai, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Mano in the 69th minute of play forced Messi Dream Team's goalkeeper Elias Macerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Macerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Unai in the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Arsenal getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Christian Chucho hit a great ball. Ramon Amor might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Martínez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon Amor ran back to his position shaking his head. Elias Macerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Unai in the 75th minute of the match. Emiliano Martínez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merten Münch in the 76th minute. Cayetano Vela hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Merten Münch. Godfredo Milio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Martínez having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Venancio Tohias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Messi Dream Team and the Arsenal players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Messi Dream Team getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Venancio Tohias hit a great ball.
