Sascha Groß came out of the goal and Frederik Van Beringhen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raf De Weijngaert succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 11th of the match, Kristen Spoelberghe tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Sascha Groß got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 12th minute of the match KFC Welden got a corner. Rechberg FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raf De Weijngaert ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raf De Weijngaert made a great header on KFC Welden's corner, it was just that Rechberg FC's Sascha Groß managed to reach the ball for a save. Sascha Groß made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raf De Weijngaert in the 15th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, KFC Welden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Simon Musseeuw to maneuver through the defense. Henri-Xavier Van den Dries scored 4-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sascha Groß, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KFC Welden's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
