The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fola Maître during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fola Maître hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Primitivo Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dilan Bobet having to interfere. Primitivo Ciano might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dilan Bobet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Primitivo Ciano ran back to his position shaking his head. Dilan Bobet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Ciano's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Green Madness's Michel Laforet got a free kick in the 28th minute. Primitivo Ciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dilan Bobet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Ciano in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Madness's goalkeeper Dilan Bobet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cardiff City FC were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Green Madness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Everardo Joey took the corner. A collision led to Green Madness getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fola Maître hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Primitivo Ciano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cardiff City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Ciano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dilan Bobet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Cardiff City FC made a substitution. Celso Walme replaced Primitivo Ciano. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celso Walme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Celso Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dilan Bobet came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardiff City FC's Celso Walme. But to his dismay, Celso Walme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 66th match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fola Maître to maneuver through the defense. Cardiff City FC's Lázaro Efraim was substituted for Augusto Santio. Cardiff City FC were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Green Madness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Everardo Joey took the corner. Yves Auvinet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xencio Millan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After 77 played minutes Green Madness got a freekick which was hit by Michel Laforet. In the 78th minute, Cardiff City FC's Celso Walme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dilan Bobet. Dilan Bobet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. 84 minutes into the match, Cardiff City FC's Celso Walme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dilan Bobet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Terim in the 88th minute of play forced Cardiff City FC's goalkeeper Xencio Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Laforet made a great header on Green Madness's corner, it was just that Cardiff City FC's Xencio Millan managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Green Madness's Dilan Bobet got control of the ball when Celso Walme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celso Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Green Madness's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Walme came free, but Dilan Bobet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Joey hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Vincent Delarue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xencio Millan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
