If Mavrudi Shtúrbanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Mavrudi Shtúrbanov came free, but Barbaros Bozbora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Rossello in the 17th minute of play forced Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s goalkeeper Guilherme Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Henning Pähle tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Barbaros Bozbora saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Guilherme Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Rossello's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Rossello came free, but Guilherme Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 played minutes YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Cezar Teaşcă. Torbjörn Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's Ignacio Rossello got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henning Pähle was the one to do the kick off. Guilherme Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Ciuvică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's Barbaros Bozbora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Pähle in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Guilherme Fonseca got control of the ball when Ignacio Rossello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barbaros Bozbora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corinthos Manuela F.C.. Henning Pähle charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henning Pähle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Henning Pähle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barbaros Bozbora was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The supporters of Corinthos Manuela F.C. booed when YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Ciuvică didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Corinthos Manuela F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM having more of the ball for most of the match.
