Elias Siqueira started the match with the kick off. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Marcelo Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pentti Ojala in the 9th minute of play. Josef Witlatschil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Siqueira went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pentti Ojala in the 16th minute of play forced Arsenal de Gols F.C's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Elias Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Witlatschil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Elias Siqueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josef Witlatschil was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Siqueira came free, but Josef Witlatschil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josef Witlatschil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Rudolf Speed hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Elias Siqueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josef Witlatschil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Tiger's Pentti Ojala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Gröhe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Orange was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal de Gols F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiger the free kick. After 42 played minutes Arsenal de Gols F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldão Orange. Luiz Fabiano Sarmento hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Américo Baehr sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arsenal de Gols F.C's Marcelo Gröhe didn't even have to move. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pentti Ojala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elias Siqueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Josef Witlatschil having to make a save. Josef Witlatschil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Gröhe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pentti Ojala in the 69th minute of the match. Elias Siqueira hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Raimundo Alvarenga was substituted for Elias Siqueira. Tiger's Ingo Ustorf was substituted for Rudolf Speed. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Betão Duarte was substituted for Fábio Secco. In the 76th minute, Iwo Sawicki made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Gröhe. Arsenal de Gols F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 82nd minute, Raimundo Alvarenga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arsenal de Gols F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenal de Gols F.C's Raimundo Alvarenga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Josef Witlatschil. That made the score 1-3 after 86 minutes of play. In the 90th minute, Walter Baß hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Marten Weise put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelo Gröhe. Arsenal de Gols F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
