BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Big Hands proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, Ramon Pueblo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tristan Nordlet. Holmkjar Hotspurs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Pueblo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bent Streyder did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Big Hands 24 minutes into the match. Ove Makenhauers short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Big Hands to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ove Makenhauer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Cirilo Arlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Big Hands got control of the ball when Sigfrid Eildorf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Big Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bent Streyder in the 42nd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bent Streyder made a kick off. Big Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bent Streyder, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Konrad Reumert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Big Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bent Streyder in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Konrad Reumert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tristan Nordlet made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Ramon Pueblo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Mauricio Ticho got a free kick in the 94th minute. Holmkjar Hotspurs's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
