After a rather tough play, Cuiavia Bydgoszcz's Adam Brack got a free kick in the 6th minute. Jurand Wincek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baturay Ziya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the game, Kajetan Bubczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuiavia Bydgoszcz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maltepegenç the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cuiavia Bydgoszcz's Kajetan Bubczyk got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute of the game Napoleon Bucyki made a throw-in which Jedrzej Misiorowski played forward. Ahmet Baki Öztay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Misiorowski in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Raşit Tengiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Maltepegenç's goalkeeper Ahmet Baki Öztay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Napoleon Bucyki. Jurand Wincek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Ali Öztekin in the 24th minute of the match. Cuiavia Bydgoszcz's Jurand Wincek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturay Ziya in the 27th minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Cuiavia Bydgoszcz got a corner. Maltepegenç's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Napoleon Bucyki ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Piotr Tarka managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Baturay Ziya took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jurand Wincek. Jurand Wincek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Piotr Tarka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Maltepegenç getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Türker Kayrahan hit a great ball. Cuiavia Bydgoszcz's Napoleon Bucyki got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Zaworski in the 43rd minute of play forced Maltepegenç's goalkeeper Ahmet Baki Öztay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Maltepegenç's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Zaworski came free, but Ahmet Baki Öztay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Zaworski to make the kick off. Ahmet Baki Öztay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piotr Tarka went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Adam Brack got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jedrzej Misiorowski. Jedrzej Misiorowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Baki Öztay having to interfere. Raşit Tengiz kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Ömer Süleymanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maltepegenç's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ömer Süleymanoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute Igor Zaworski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Baki Öztay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute Piotr Tarka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Baki Öztay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milosz Ogrodowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milosz Ogrodowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Cuiavia Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Ogrodowicz. 84 minutes into the match, Baturay Ziya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jurand Wincek. Cuiavia Bydgoszcz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baturay Ziya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The supporters of Maltepegenç booed when Cuiavia Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Bubczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raşit Tengiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Jurand Wincek made a huge save. Baturay Ziya received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jurand Wincek came out and tried to block the shot, but Baturay Ziya slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 92nd minute. Maltepegenç's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
