Thiago Gol kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, FORZA BRESCIA's Donato Garcia got control of the ball when Thiago Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertin Gandia in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Xorxe Perpiñán ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petr Čech was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thiago Gol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Donato Garcia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. SCs StarS's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertin Gandia in the 17th minute of play. Cordera Palomar charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cordera Palomar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FORZA BRESCIA's Cordera Palomar got a free kick in the 19th minute. Donato Garcia made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Thiago Gol sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Gol hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertin Gandia in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FORZA BRESCIA's Misael Solera got a free kick in the 25th minute. Donato Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Bertin Gandia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertin Gandia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Gol received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Donato Garcia came out and tried to block the shot, but Thiago Gol slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 33rd minute. 39 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's Thiago Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donato Garcia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute SCs StarS were awarded a corner. Florian Hekman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Co Scholten almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FORZA BRESCIA's Donato Garcia did a great save. SCs StarS's attentive Henk Zijden managed to snatch the ball when Iván Nadal made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. SCs StarS's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertin Gandia in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertin Gandia to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Thiago Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Donato Garcia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute Jordy Dirks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertin Gandia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petr Čech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FORZA BRESCIA's zone, Florian Hekman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Garcia came out of the goal and Florian Hekman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FORZA BRESCIA's Geremia Garate was substituted for Xorxe Perpiñán. In the 73rd minute, Jordy Dirks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute Thiago Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, FORZA BRESCIA's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Donato Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Hekman in the 83rd minute of play. In the 91st match minute, FORZA BRESCIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lalo Lagunas to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Florian Hekman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordy Dirks in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SCs StarS fans cheered their team off the field, for while FORZA BRESCIA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
