Despite this Orhan Seyfi Üstün quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to H E P T A N getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Murat Şenalp hit a great ball. Ahmet Ziya Bilginer might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iwo Dombroski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Ziya Bilginer ran back to his position shaking his head. Orhan Seyfi Üstün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Carnicero, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute KS Luxik Ruda Śląska were awarded a corner. Anthon Martinsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Latif Uğurtay tried in the game's 15th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Orhan Seyfi Üstün. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's goalkeeper Iwo Dombroski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Teobald Hodas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Orhan Seyfi Üstün. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. 35 minutes into the match, H E P T A N's goalkeeper Orhan Seyfi Üstün had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alan Barton. Iwo Dombroski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlhami Akkurt in the 38th minute of the match. Orhan Seyfi Üstün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Carnicero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some careless play in the H E P T A N defense, Carlos Carnicero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orhan Seyfi Üstün. The H E P T A N fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orhan Seyfi Üstün should have stopped the shot. In the 63rdth minute of the game Carlos Carnicero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but H E P T A N's Orhan Seyfi Üstün was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, H E P T A N's Latif Uğurtay got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute of the match Anthon Martinsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 93rd play minutes Teobald Hodas shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Orhan Seyfi Üstün and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 96th minute Ahmet Ziya Bilginer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Dombroski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Dombroski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ziya Bilginer, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that KS Luxik Ruda Śląska were the better team. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
