Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lucas Nataniel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gilberto Izel had several of the Quilmes's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Adan Lartaun as he didn't even see the shot coming. Franco Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Francis in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Concetto Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Nataniel in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Moscatelli saved La Scaloneta from getting behind. Polat Aranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Adan Lartaun made a huge save. Adan Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Izel in the 33rd minute of the match. After 36 played minutes Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Weterio. 37 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Rozarius came free, but Adan Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Quilmes's corner Lucas Nataniel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Franco Moscatelli quite easily take care of the ball. Franco Moscatelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Nataniel's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The audience was convinced that Lucas Nataniel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franco Moscatelli was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Franco Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Nataniel in the 45th minute of play. After 47 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Guerra. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Izel to make the kick off. In the 60th minute of the match Quilmes got a corner. La Scaloneta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucas Nataniel ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Lucas Nataniel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franco Moscatelli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 67 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Izel came free, but Adan Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Scaloneta's Enrique Rozarius got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Quilmes made a substitution. Braulio Barrionuevo replaced Horacio Francis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Rozarius in the 74th minute of play forced Quilmes's goalkeeper Adan Lartaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Enrique Rozarius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Scaloneta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Braulio Barrionuevo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Barrionuevo in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Franco Moscatelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Hats. With 94 minutes on the clock, Damian Eduino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 93rd minute, one of La Scaloneta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Scaloneta. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Quilmes's Lucas Nataniel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Franco Moscatelli. The La Scaloneta players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
