In the 3rd minute of the game, Lucas Nataniel landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Quilmes made a substitution. Venancio Sotero replaced Lucas Nataniel. After a rather tough play, Capitan Beto's Ramiro Hotz got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute Horacio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Opilano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvio Opilano came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Quilmes's Horacio Francis. But to his dismay, Horacio Francis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ramon Richie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Adan Lartaun made a huge save. Elvio Opilano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Sotero, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Ramon Richie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adan Lartaun having to make a save. Adan Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Richie in the 23rd minute of the match. Elvio Opilano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Sotero in the 24th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Braulio Barrionuevo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Elvio Opilano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ramon Richie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adan Lartaun having to make a save. Adan Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Richie in the 34th minute of the match. Elvio Opilano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Richie in the 37th minute of play forced Quilmes's goalkeeper Adan Lartaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Opilano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Sotero in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amanda Månsson to maneuver through the defense. Adan Lartaun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramon Richie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 42 minute of play. In the 45th minute, Horacio Francis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Opilano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half Quilmes were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venancio Sotero was the one to do the kick off. Elvio Opilano made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ismael Dolcet sent off a good shot on target. 柳冰鹏 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Opilano having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Francis got free with Elvio Opilano in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute 柳冰鹏 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Opilano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ramon Richie came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Capitan Beto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Richie couldn't finish the play. Elvio Opilano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 柳冰鹏's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Ramiro Hotz kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Capitan Beto's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Sotero came free, but Elvio Opilano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, 柳冰鹏 made a precise shot to the right of Elvio Opilano. Capitan Beto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 95th minute, Flávio Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
