An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Cheng Jing in the 4th minute of play forced Shadow AFC's goalkeeper Evaristo Urtungo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Shadow AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Peruanton came free, but Evaristo Urtungo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Yu Cheng Jing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Urtungo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12th minute, Dante Peruanton made a precise shot to the right of Evaristo Urtungo. Shadow AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Shadow AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Ratulowski came free, but Evaristo Urtungo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzales Chaves FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Shadow AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wieslaw Zieba took the corner. The corner ended in Wieslaw Zieba almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Shadow AFC's Evaristo Urtungo did a great save. Andor Szűcs hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Havier in the 20th minute of play forced Gonzales Chaves FC's goalkeeper Ildefonso Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rafael Eron fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shadow AFC's protests and gave Rafael Eron a yellow card for diving instead. Rafael Eron hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Wieslaw Zieba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gonzales Chaves FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wieslaw Zieba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wieslaw Zieba kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Gonzales Chaves FC got a freekick which was hit by Yu Cheng Jing. Shadow AFC's Evaristo Urtungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Mannie in the 32nd minute of play. Ildefonso Louis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andor Szűcs, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Yu Cheng Jing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Urtungo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Shadow AFC's Evaristo Urtungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Peruanton in the 42nd minute of play. Evaristo Urtungo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Ratulowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andor Szűcs made a kick off. If Gustavo Mannie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Urtungo was a little too slow when Dante Peruanton got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-4. Evaristo Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yu Cheng Jing in the 54th minute of play. When Yu Cheng Jing came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gonzales Chaves FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yu Cheng Jing couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Urtungo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yu Cheng Jing went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute, Yu Cheng Jing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Urtungo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Evaristo Urtungo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Evaristo Urtungo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Urtungo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radomil Ratulowski in the 73rd minute. Evaristo Urtungo was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Dante Peruanton capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dante Peruanton really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Shadow AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Gustavo Mannie scored to the left of an out of position Evaristo Urtungo, making the score, 0-9. After some careless play in the Shadow AFC defense, Uriel Terciero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Urtungo. The Shadow AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Urtungo should have stopped the shot. In the 88th match minute, Shadow AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Papo to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Wieslaw Zieba in the 89th minute really tested Evaristo Urtungo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Evaristo Urtungo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yu Cheng Jing in the 90th minute. In the 90th minute, Yu Cheng Jing made a precise shot to the right of Evaristo Urtungo. Shadow AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. Gonzales Chaves FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
