Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mátyás Gelencsér in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Ferenc Sipos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Veresi Új Generáció fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ádám Pető recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Veresi Új Generáció's Gergely Seres got control of the ball when Horea Decuseară tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guy Davis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferenc Sipos, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Mátyás Gelencsér hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Veresi Új Generáció getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gedeon Virág hit a great ball. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferenc Sipos in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Pedro Shields got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gergely Seres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Decuseară, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Guy Davis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Sipos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Holy Cross Mountains was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Budacz to maneuver through the defense. Ferenc Sipos took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guy Davis. Guy Davis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Guy Davis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferenc Sipos, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Veresi Új Generáció were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferenc Sipos made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ádám Pető reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Guy Davis. The goal made the score 0-3. Guy Davis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mátyás Gelencsér in the 56th minute. Veresi Új Generáció's Mátyás Pál was substituted for Ferenc Sipos. In the 60th match minute, Veresi Új Generáció was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márk Borsos to maneuver through the defense. Ádám Pető took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guy Davis. Guy Davis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Holy Cross Mountains's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Márk Borsos scored to the left of an out of position Guy Davis, making the score, 0-5. After some careless play in the Holy Cross Mountains defense, Ádám Pető kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guy Davis. The Holy Cross Mountains fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guy Davis should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis got control of the ball when Mátyás Pál tried to sneak it across the goal line. Veresi Új Generáció's Ádám Pető got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gedeon Virág could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Guy Davis made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Veresi Új Generáció's Guy Davis threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mátyás Pál, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Guy Davis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mátyás Gelencsér in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Ádám Pető shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Davis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Veresi Új Generáció left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Holy Cross Mountains.
