Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Boleslaw Mudry got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boleslaw Mudry in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ponce Masseda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emrys Fry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reno Revillas in the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alpino City's zone, Boleslaw Mudry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ponce Masseda came out of the goal and Boleslaw Mudry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Mudry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ponce Masseda. Alpino City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boleslaw Mudry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Dubardo Cuero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ponce Masseda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huw Howard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Chester City AFC's Huw Howard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ponce Masseda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Dubardo Cuero fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alpino City's protests and gave Dubardo Cuero a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Alpino City getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dubardo Cuero hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Huw Howard notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Alpino City's Ponce Masseda. Ponce Masseda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 35 played minutes Chester City AFC got a freekick which was hit by José Vítor Godoi. Henrico Ardanza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emrys Fry having to make a save. Emrys Fry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reno Revillas in the 38th minute of play. 0-4 became the score in the 40th minute when Huw Howard elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Boleslaw Mudry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chester City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boleslaw Mudry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Huw Howard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ponce Masseda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
In the 55th minute Reno Revillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrys Fry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute Huw Howard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ponce Masseda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alpino City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Huw Howard scored to the left of an out of position Ponce Masseda, making the score, 1-6. Boleslaw Mudry who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Ponce Masseda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emrys Fry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiardo Reguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Boleslaw Mudry's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Ponce Masseda skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 74 minutes into the game, Reno Revillas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Emrys Fry was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Alpino City defense, Boleslaw Mudry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ponce Masseda. The Alpino City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ponce Masseda should have stopped the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Peissawg Francis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ponce Masseda. Peissawg Francis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-8. After a rather tough play, Alpino City's Baiardo Reguera got a free kick in the 85th minute. Alpino City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Huw Howard scored to the left of an out of position Ponce Masseda, making the score, 2-9. After a defensive mix-up in Alpino City's zone, Huw Howard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ponce Masseda came out of the goal and Huw Howard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Alpino City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chester City AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
