Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Camilo Suero made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Samuel Komani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Springbok fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Edries Liau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Luna Roja AFC! The referee gave Springbok a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernard Thokozani, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Luna Roja AFC's Ariel Manni. 0-2. Samuel Komani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Nataniel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Samuel Komani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Springbok's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Komani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Manni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Samuel Komani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Edries Liau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes, Springbok's Bernard Thokozani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ariel Manni came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Springbok reached it. Modesto Uxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ivan Mangope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Komani took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Manni. Ariel Manni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Edries Liau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Springbok's supporters rose to their feet, but Edries Liau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Manni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ariel Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edries Liau in the 40th minute of play. Camilo Suero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edries Liau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samuel Komani struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ariel Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Springbok. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Edries Liau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Springbok's supporters rose to their feet, but Edries Liau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Manni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, Luna Roja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Nataniel to maneuver through the defense. Modesto Uxio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Mangope having to interfere. When Rene Nataniel fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luna Roja AFC's protests and gave Rene Nataniel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Rene Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Luna Roja AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edries Liau came free, but Ariel Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Luna Roja AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Samuel Komani fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot 80 in the game by Samuel Komani from a close distance when the talented Ariel Manni managed to make a qualified save. Luna Roja AFC's players were relieved. 84 minutes into the match, Luna Roja AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edries Liau came free, but Ariel Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Mangope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Uxio in the 90th minute of play. When Samuel Komani came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Springbok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Komani couldn't finish the play. The Luna Roja AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Springbok were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
