With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassiano Castanheira in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Luís Fernandez saved Marzagão from getting behind. Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipólito Campos in the 9th minute of play. Rogério Borges might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Luís Fernandez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogério Borges ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Luís Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipólito Campos in the 11th minute of the match. Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassiano Castanheira in the 13th minute of play. Alex Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Santiago in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marzagão's zone, Alex Santiago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Luís Fernandez came out of the goal and Alex Santiago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleiton Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes, Chihuahua StrikerS™'s Sabino Vilaverde shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Luís Fernandez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chihuahua StrikerS™ reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassiano Castanheira in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Luís Fernandez saved Marzagão from getting behind. Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassiano Castanheira in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassiano Castanheira to make the kick off. Marzagão's Cleiton Paulista couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chihuahua StrikerS™. With his leg Pedro Luís Fernandez managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Chihuahua StrikerS™'s Lúcio Eanes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 59th minute, Cassiano Castanheira made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. Marzagão's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 65th minute, Isidoro Vilarinho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Luís Fernandez. The goal made the score 0-2. 69 minutes into the match, Hipólito Campos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. Marzagão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hipólito Campos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Santiago got free with Pedro Luís Fernandez in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júlio Lemos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remo Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassiano Castanheira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabiano de Queiroz got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Fabiano de Queiroz got a free kick in the 87th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Isidoro Vilarinho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez. Pedro Luís Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chihuahua StrikerS™'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
