He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eulalio Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordara Illanas in the 7th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Marcos Calderona in the 8th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Mandiyu's Jonas Andrae. Zhu Bin Kun scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruben Asturias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Deportivo Pereira getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marcos Calderona hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Zhu Bin Kun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pereira's zone, Zhu Bin Kun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Asturias came out of the goal and Zhu Bin Kun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Ruben Asturias successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 33 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruben Asturias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Zhu Bin Kun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Mandiyu's supporters rose to their feet, but Zhu Bin Kun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Asturias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruben Asturias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zhu Bin Kun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 36 minute of play. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Zhu Bin Kun sped through Deportivo Pereira's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruben Asturias. In the 44th minute Deportivo Mandiyu were awarded a corner. Pipis Vattimos went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Pipis Vattimos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo Pereira's Ruben Asturias did a great save. Marcos Calderona kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ruben Asturias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhu Bin Kun in the 52nd minute of the match. When Marcos Calderona fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Pereira's protests and gave Marcos Calderona a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Marcos Calderona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Zhu Bin Kun notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Deportivo Pereira's Ruben Asturias. Ruben Asturias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 63rd match minute, Deportivo Pereira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Calderona to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Asturias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhu Bin Kun went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Deportivo Mandiyu's Florian Petruzzi was substituted for Rodrigo Palacios. Zhu Bin Kun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruben Asturias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Cherro's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pereira's Romildo Carcedo got a free kick in the 80th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Roberto Cherro notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Deportivo Pereira's Ruben Asturias. Ruben Asturias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ruben Asturias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Petruzzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
