After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Dé Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club de la Serpiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Dé Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desiderio Endura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SOUTH THUNDER's Desiderio Endura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save SOUTH THUNDER from getting a goal against them. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Van Field stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SOUTH THUNDER were furious when Augusto Raymond was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Club de la Serpiente booed when SOUTH THUNDER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position.
