Tetes Titans's Mauricio Olayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joosep Valvik in the 9th minute of play. If Leon Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tetes Titans's Luciano Matro got a free kick in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Tetes Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Paavo Aasma came free, but Mauricio Olayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Matro took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Taavi Alamaa. Taavi Alamaa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mauricio Olayo came out of the goal and Joosep Valvik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 39 minutes, Erasmo Egoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tetes Titans and the Legion Etrangere players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Legion Etrangere booed when Tetes Titans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Egoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tetes Titans! The referee gave Legion Etrangere a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paavo Aasma, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tetes Titans's Mauricio Olayo. 1-2. 45 minutes into the match, Joosep Valvik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauricio Olayo. Tetes Titans's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joosep Valvik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Breogan was the one to do the kick off.
