In the 11th minute, Amos Tullio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sava Dodov had several of the Maci FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Emanuele Iannone as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Maci FC booed when Knights Templar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Knights Templar getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Vladislav Haydushki hit a great ball. If Amos Tullio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Atauri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Emanuele Iannone made a huge save. Radomir Medarov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Carbonetti went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Roch Fedosz was slow to take the kick. During this time Knights Templar's players had a chance to rest. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sava Dodov to strike the kick off in the second half. If Amos Tullio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adriano Carbonetti struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Radomir Medarov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maci FC. The supporters of Knights Templar booed when Maci FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Genovesi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuele Iannone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandro Nesta, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Emanuele Iannone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Atauri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Atauri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Sava Dodov sped through Maci FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emanuele Iannone. Adriano Carbonetti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Radomir Medarov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 77 played minutes, Knights Templar's Celedonio Atauri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emanuele Iannone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Knights Templar reached it. The audience was convinced that Aleksandro Nesta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuele Iannone was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Emanuele Iannone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Atauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The referee gave Franco Genovesi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 88 played minutes Maci FC got a freekick which was hit by Franco Genovesi. 90 minutes into the match, Maci FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sava Dodov came free, but Emanuele Iannone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Carbonetti kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Knights Templar were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Maci FC for a fine match.
