The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliverios Marcilla got free with Taavi Alamaa in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Oliverios Marcilla put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Taavi Alamaa. 11 minutes into the game, Lico Catarinense threw the ball into play from the sideline. Legion Etrangere's Kristofer Gustavson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 14th minute, Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Taavi Alamaa. Taavi Alamaa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Oliverios Marcilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taavi Alamaa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oliverios Marcilla ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Legion Etrangere's Taavi Alamaa got control of the ball when Oliverios Marcilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manúel Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paavo Aasma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliverios Marcilla got free with Taavi Alamaa in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristóf Földes to make the kick off. Oliverios Marcilla took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Taavi Alamaa. Taavi Alamaa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 64th match minute, Legion Etrangere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristofer Gustavson to maneuver through the defense. Taavi Alamaa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oliverios Marcilla went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. When Oliverios Marcilla came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Dogelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliverios Marcilla couldn't finish the play. When Dogelo's Kristóf Földes in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Paavo Aasma was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. After 89 minutes of play, Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Taavi Alamaa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute, Oliverios Marcilla made a precise shot to the right of Taavi Alamaa. Legion Etrangere's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Dogelo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Legion Etrangere for a fine match.
