After 9 played minutes SOUTH THUNDER got a freekick which was hit by Van Field. In the 12th minute Columbo Noya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desiderio Endura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SOUTH THUNDER's Desiderio Endura got control of the ball when Karl Wiman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Enzo Diaz in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Planetstaden IK's Stig-Arne Kalfhage. Gregory Pegrum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Van Field in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Van Field shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Pegrum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edgard Quintan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, Planetstaden IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Verner Gallberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Planetstaden IK's goalkeeper Gregory Pegrum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gregory Pegrum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Van Field, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When Edgard Quintan came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the SOUTH THUNDER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Quintan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, SOUTH THUNDER's Augusto Raymond got a free kick in the 41st minute. When Tony Nordström came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Planetstaden IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Nordström couldn't finish the play. Planetstaden IK's Gregory Pegrum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Quintan in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Van Field in the 48th minute of play forced Planetstaden IK's goalkeeper Gregory Pegrum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Van Field to make the kick off. Desiderio Endura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Kinnman in the 52nd minute of play. When Tony Nordström fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Planetstaden IK's protests and gave Tony Nordström a yellow card for diving instead. Tony Nordström hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Van Field could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Gregory Pegrum made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Planetstaden IK's goal looked a bit too open when Van Field came free, but Gregory Pegrum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Planetstaden IK's Gregory Pegrum got control of the ball when Van Field tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Planetstaden IK's goal looked a bit too open when Van Field came free, but Gregory Pegrum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brian Kinnman hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Planetstaden IK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Procopio was slow to take the kick. During this time SOUTH THUNDER's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on SOUTH THUNDER's corner Augusto Procopio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gregory Pegrum quite easily take care of the ball. Enzo Diaz made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Planetstaden IK's Mirza Başeskioğlu. Van Field received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gregory Pegrum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 94 in the game by Van Field from a close distance when the talented Gregory Pegrum managed to make a qualified save. Planetstaden IK's players were relieved. SOUTH THUNDER were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
