In the 38th minute, Severo Anabalon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Vrânceanu. Clark Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xalvador Mac Kenney in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zorros del Desierto's Edward Okopny got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 44th minute Xacobo Barroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clark Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clark Kent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xalvador Mac Kenney in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 73rd minute Xalvador Mac Kenney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clark Kent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the VILLANUEVA FC defense, Jonathan Lepe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicodemo Recalde. The VILLANUEVA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicodemo Recalde should have stopped the shot. After 79 minutes, Jonathan Lepe made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jonathan Lepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicodemo Recalde having to interfere. VILLANUEVA FC's Xacobo Barroso suffered a sore thigh after 92 minutes and couldn't finish the game. VILLANUEVA FC's Enmanuel Pinaud was substituted for Xacobo Barroso. Valentin Vrânceanu hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Zorros del Desierto support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
