With a little luck, La Gallardeta's Oliver Can got control of the ball when Blas Guzman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leszek Wielopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Gallardeta's Oliver Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Jakubiak in the 21st minute of play. Blas Guzman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oliver Can having to make a save. Oliver Can made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Blas Guzman sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute of the match Uriel Ralondo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Can showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, one of Chelsea Football Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chelsea Football Club. 43 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's Kjell Alsvik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Wielopolski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Konstanty Figlewski charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konstanty Figlewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Konstanty Figlewski hit a great ball. Chelsea Football Club's Benedek Komáromi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Oliver Can but with some difficulty.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjell Alsvik made a kick off. Oliver Can showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafal Jakubiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Kjell Alsvik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leszek Wielopolski having to make a save. 68 minutes into the match, Chelsea Football Club's goalkeeper Leszek Wielopolski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kjell Alsvik. After 88 minutes, Silvestre Porfiro made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. La Gallardeta's Oliver Can tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leszek Wielopolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Gonchan in the 92nd minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Silvestre Porfiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelsea Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Porfiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Benedicto Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chelsea Football Club had won after a very even match.
