Fernando Selatse came out of the goal and Ricard Quaresma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sacit Budak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Raymond's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Ersen Cakir hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Sacit Budak was a little too slow when Alvaro Raymond got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 26thth minute of the game Wout Weghorst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sacit Budak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Raymond in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sacit Budak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kajetan Gdowik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sacit Budak having to make a save. After 39 minutes Despidida AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ersen Cakir who took care of the corner kick. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Ersen Cakir was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fernando Selatse in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 42 minutes into the match, Wout Weghorst notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse. Fernando Selatse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sacit Budak was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Alvaro Raymond capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvaro Raymond really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1.

The wind increased when Wout Weghorst made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ancho Branca to maneuver through the defense. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Ertuğrul Gazi was substituted for Wout Weghorst. Despidida AFC's Emiliano Velasco was substituted for Alvaro Raymond. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korcan Geçer in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korcan Geçer in the 74th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ertuğrul Gazi came free, but Fernando Selatse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Korcan Geçer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Selatse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Sacit Budak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sacit Budak having to interfere. Korcan Geçer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fernando Selatse came out and tried to block the shot, but Korcan Geçer slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ertuğrul Gazi in the 90th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Korcan Geçer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Selatse. Fernando Selatse yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 1903 Barranspor ☪ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
