Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Champions Iasi's Waldemar Gierlach started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Romero in the 5th minute of play forced Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Omar Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute of the game Eusebiu Crăciunaș made a throw-in which Jacinto Romero played forward. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Jacinto Romero took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Omar Abadia to make any attempt to save it. Fabian Zăreanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Omar Abadia made a huge save. Eusebiu Crăciunaș made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jacinto Romero however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Romero got free with Omar Abadia in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Gierlach in the 33rd minute of play forced Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Omar Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Abadia was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Fabian Zăreanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabian Zăreanu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Barbudos FC's Omar Abadia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Barbudos FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Barbudos FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Severino Rojas hit a great ball. In the 49th minute Basarab Alexandru managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Omar Abadia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Gierlach, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Xu Jun Cheng could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Rouven Nussli however easily saved by the left post. In the 58th minute Fabian Zăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rouven Nussli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Oliviero in the 63rd minute of the match. Eusebiu Crăciunaș made in the 69th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jacinto Romero. In the 72nd minute Jacinto Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Zăreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barbudos FC's Yin Qian Han was substituted for Isidro Oliviero. In the 76th minute, Teofilo Ermano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Champions Iasi booed when Barbudos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Ermano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Zăreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Abadia having to interfere. After 94 minutes Champions Iasi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marciano Lope who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Barbudos FC's corner Marciano Lope fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rouven Nussli quite easily take care of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Champions Iasi fully deserved thier win.
