Iwan Gamza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germán Kanø in the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Germán Kanø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finninge Fotboll's supporters rose to their feet, but Germán Kanø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iwan Gamza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Germán Kanø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Germán Kanø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Iwan Gamza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Kennet Kristiansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GreenSkar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Finninge Fotboll the free kick. After a rather tough play, GreenSkar FC's Kennet Kristiansson got a free kick in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, GreenSkar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Germán Kanø came free, but Iwan Gamza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwan Gamza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germán Kanø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Finninge Fotboll fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Finninge Fotboll's Germán Kanø looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With an all-out effort, GreenSkar FC's Fredric Ahlén threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Acácio Gaspar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Finninge Fotboll defense, Acácio Gaspar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fredric Ahlén. The Finninge Fotboll fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fredric Ahlén should have stopped the shot. Germán Kanø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwan Gamza having to make a save. Jan-Ove Hansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of GreenSkar FC booed when Finninge Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Lertxun didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, GreenSkar FC's Fredric Ahlén threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Acácio Gaspar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Iwan Gamza made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Gabriel Avădanei sent off a good shot on target. In the 53rd minute Finninge Fotboll were awarded a corner. Henning Kempf went to the cornerflag to take it. Henning Kempf made a great header on Finninge Fotboll's corner, it was just that GreenSkar FC's Iwan Gamza managed to reach the ball for a save. Iwan Gamza made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Germán Kanø sent off a good shot on target. Germán Kanø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwan Gamza having to make a save. Germán Kanø's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iwan Gamza firmly grabbed it by the left post. GreenSkar FC's Iwan Gamza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save GreenSkar FC from getting a goal against them. Germán Kanø struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Iwan Gamza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Finninge Fotboll. Iwan Gamza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germán Kanø in the 67th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Germán Kanø notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of GreenSkar FC's Iwan Gamza. Iwan Gamza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, GreenSkar FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Germán Kanø fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Germán Kanø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, GreenSkar FC's Niklas Hedlund got a free kick in the 81st minute. Boris Nordgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Gamza having to interfere. Germán Kanø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwan Gamza having to make a save. Boris Nordgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Iwan Gamza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niklas Hedlund during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, GreenSkar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. If Germán Kanø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Finninge Fotboll played a much better game than GreenSkar FC and deserved their victory. The GreenSkar FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
