The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jordi Alba during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Jordi Alba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Slipmaskinerna's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Halis Ergün came free, but Zorion Carić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Halis Ergün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zorion Carić having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peanut Lord got free with Alperen Bozkurt in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Büyükada Commandos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gust Rammer was slow to take the kick. During this time Slipmaskinerna's players had a chance to rest. Slipmaskinerna's Gust Rammer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alperen Bozkurt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 19th minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Zorion Carić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Büyükada Commandos were awarded a corner. Hakan Calhanoglu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Büyükada Commandos's corner Pedro Luís Peixoto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zorion Carić quite easily take care of the ball. Slipmaskinerna's Sungurhan Buminhan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zachariasz Dziedziak, made in the 25th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Peanut Lord ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alperen Bozkurt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 38 minutes into the match, Büyükada Commandos's goal looked a bit too open when Peanut Lord came free, but Alperen Bozkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Mehmet Halis Ergün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zorion Carić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Mehmet Halis Ergün had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zorion Carić. Slipmaskinerna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Halis Ergün was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Halis Ergün to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Styrbjörn Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alperen Bozkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alperen Bozkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peanut Lord's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Büyükada Commandos's Mehmet Halis Ergün sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zorion Carić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peanut Lord in the 67th minute of play forced Büyükada Commandos's goalkeeper Alperen Bozkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Peanut Lord ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alperen Bozkurt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Slipmaskinerna's Don Frye was substituted for Jordi Alba. Büyükada Commandos made a substitution. Tony Montana replaced Mehmet Halis Ergün. Slipmaskinerna's Mastur Bates was substituted for Peanut Lord. A sloppy throw-in by Antonin Laruelle in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Büyükada Commandos's Ke Bang Zhen. In the 87th minute, Tony Montana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zorion Carić was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Alperen Bozkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mastur Bates, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute, Zachariasz Dziedziak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

With his leg Alperen Bozkurt managed to avoid a goal in the 107thth minute, when Slipmaskinerna's Dumetochukwu Evaggellopoulos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakan Calhanoglu in the 111th minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Zorion Carić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Slipmaskinerna's Antonin Laruelle got a free kick in the 116th minute. When the referee signaled the end of the first half of extra-time the score was 2-2. The players had a chance to rest for a moment before the second half.

When it was time for second half in the overtime, the players were a bit slow, but they soon became more alert when it was time for Tony Montana to make the kick off. In the 123rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Büyükada Commandos's goalkeeper Alperen Bozkurt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 125th minute Slipmaskinerna were awarded a corner. Gust Rammer went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Benny Rüdiger managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Zorion Carić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Montana, who was totally free with the ball in the 131st minute. In the 132nd match minute, Slipmaskinerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonin Laruelle to maneuver through the defense. With neither of the teams able to find a winning goal, the match would be decided by penalties!

In the 139th minute there was a penalty for Slipmaskinerna. Mastur Bates stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alperen Bozkurt. 3-2. The referee gave Slipmaskinerna a penalty, 142 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Don Frye, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Büyükada Commandos's Alperen Bozkurt. 4-2. Slipmaskinerna:s Alperen Bozkurt showed great skill when he stopped Zachariasz Dziedziak:s penalty. Büyükada Commandos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
