In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black horses's goalkeeper Valdis Felbergs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute Joakim Kämpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in GERLIROJO Ψ's zone, Cipriano Sauveur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Lastur came out of the goal and Cipriano Sauveur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valdis Felbergs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Jax in the 39th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Sauveur to strike the kick off in the second half. Valdis Felbergs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur got control of the ball when Cipriano Sauveur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cipriano Sauveur's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andres Lastur firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Cipriano Sauveur could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Andres Lastur however easily saved by the left post. Anatolio Gasso's late challenge caught a Black horses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anatolio Gasso helped the player get up and apologised. Anatolio Gasso kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Black horses's Andžs Redzobs was substituted for Balvis Kiberkalns. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Aquilino Ihintza replaced Genaro Tauro. The supporters of Black horses booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anatolio Gasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Black horses's Jakub Swierczok slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andres Lastur. That made the score 2-1 after 70 minutes of play. Black horses's Andžs Redzobs quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Iwan Rawa, made in the 77th minute of the game. In the 79thth minute of the game Epifanio Ibañez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black horses's Valdis Felbergs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, George Maradona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute Joakim Kämpe suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Roger Bouget charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Bouget the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakub Swierczok got free with Andres Lastur in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jakub Swierczok blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres Lastur having to make a save. Andres Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakub Swierczok in the 93rd minute. A collision led to GERLIROJO Ψ getting a freekick after 94 minutes play.
