Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Velasco in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Emiliano Velasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal and Emiliano Velasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emiliano Velasco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dinu Ivănescu kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Mugur Chiriac got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Emiliano Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Glogowski was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 24thth minute of the game Emiliano Velasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski got control of the ball when Emiliano Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute Dinu Ivănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The corner led to Despidida AFC's Pastor Tino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. After 46 minutes, Ciro Ferdinand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Despidida AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ciro Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Emanuel Lucila scored to the left of an out of position Pankracy Glogowski, making the score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emiliano Velasco made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Velasco. The throw-in from Hermengildo Erroman in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Despidida AFC's Gabriel Silban. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Raymond came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Benigno Abreu was substituted for Remigio Erramu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Raymond in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. Despidida AFC were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Lucila took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Kajetan Gdowik managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. If Alvaro Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Raymond in the 87th minute of the match. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond. But to his dismay, Alvaro Raymond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 93 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Glogowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 94th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Despidida AFC had won after a very even match.
