The long shot by Per Stenberg in the 48th minute really tested Zbigniew Glapiak's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry Fagerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zbigniew Glapiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 51st minute of play. Radomil Dudkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Magne Gunnarsson made a huge save. With a little luck, Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson got control of the ball when Radomil Dudkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was Lúcio da Silva who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Lúcio da Silva almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson did a great save. Zbigniew Glapiak came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg. But to his dismay, Per Stenberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Wiktor Dahlman charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wiktor Dahlman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Magne Gunnarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radomil Dudkowski's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Sidorowicz in the 92nd minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Dudkowski came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
