The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΠΑΟΚ FC's goalkeeper Ingvar Nykvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Rigan Frankson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ingvar Nykvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rigan Frankson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingvar Nykvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Edmondo Del Monte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vincent Aalberts came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmondo Del Monte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 13th minute. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ingvar Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigan Frankson in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Vincent Aalberts got control of the ball when Santiago Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the ΠΑΟΚ FC defense, Rigan Frankson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Nykvist. The ΠΑΟΚ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Nykvist should have stopped the shot. If Edmondo Del Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Vincent Aalberts got control of the ball when Santiago Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vincent Aalberts made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Santiago Silva sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute Santiago Gentiletti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Aalberts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's attentive Celestino Garaile managed to snatch the ball when Santiago Gentiletti made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Vincent Aalberts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Silva in the 57th minute of play. If Rigan Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Santiago Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vincent Aalberts was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Celestino Garaile hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Yu Ming Xun was substituted for Rigan Frankson. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Zheng Yang Zhen was substituted for Edmondo Del Monte. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Mateo Nuno was substituted for Marios Theodorou. In the 69th minute, Celestino Garaile hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santiago Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Vincent Aalberts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of ΠΑΟΚ FC booed when CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Garaile didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's corner Čeněk Vetešník fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ingvar Nykvist quite easily take care of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Silva came free, but Vincent Aalberts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Silva took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincent Aalberts. Vincent Aalberts dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goalkeeper Vincent Aalberts, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute ΠΑΟΚ FC were awarded a corner. Björn Kamp went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led ΠΑΟΚ FC's Björn Kamp to fire away a dangerous shot which Vincent Aalberts despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ingvar Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Ming Xun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Zheng Yang Zhen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vincent Aalberts was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 2-2. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.
With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Yu Ming Xun in CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ was the one to initiate the kick off. Santiago Silva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 104thth minute, Vincent Aalberts skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vincent Aalberts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Silva in the 105th minute. The supporters of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ booed when ΠΑΟΚ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 106 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 111th minute, Yu Ming Xun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over ΠΑΟΚ FC's much stronger midfield.
