Gregorio Ruiz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Alysson Rezende 17 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Ruiz in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alysson Rezende saved Ogro F.C. from getting behind. With a little luck, Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende got control of the ball when Gregorio Ruiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Romino came free, but Alysson Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Cavalera in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Furlan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute Ogro F.C. were awarded a corner. Jerônimo Vergílio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jerônimo Vergílio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anselmo Furlan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Cavalera in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Furlan saved AYYILDIZ from getting behind. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by AYYILDIZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jerônimo Vergílio was slow to take the kick. During this time Ogro F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Jerônimo Vergílio made a great header on Ogro F.C.'s corner, it was just that AYYILDIZ's Anselmo Furlan managed to reach the ball for a save. Ogro F.C.'s Tạ Aab was substituted for Alex Van Halen.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Mangini in the 107th minute of play forced AYYILDIZ's goalkeeper Anselmo Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerônimo Vergílio, who was totally free with the ball in the 110th minute. The score was still level after an even and exciting first-half in extra time. The players took a moment to grab a drink and get instructions from their managers before swapping ends.

Both teams seemed ready to fight when AYYILDIZ's Antonio Romino did the kick off and started the second half in the overtime. Ogro F.C.:s Alysson Rezende showed great skill when he stopped Fabiano Perdigão:s penalty. In the 138th minute of the game, Ogro F.C. got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Uluç Paksoy's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Alysson Rezende on his right side and into the goal. 139 minutes into the game it was 2-2. In the 141st minute of the game, Ogro F.C. got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Alysson Rezende had in the 145thth minute some difficulties stopping Antonio Romino's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The AYYILDIZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ogro F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
