The supporters of ALIANZA 1901 booed when Juventudes Libertárias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Richie Ason came free, but Mauro Eliazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Juventudes Libertárias's Ritvaldis Rau was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ruy Berger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 65 minutes into the match, Richie Ason notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar. Mauro Eliazar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juventudes Libertárias's Kauan Silveira was substituted for Gilson Meirelles. Luis Escobar took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Eliazar. Agostinho Almeida might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruy Berger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agostinho Almeida ran back to his position shaking his head. After 95 played minutes Juventudes Libertárias got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Silveira. Luis Escobar took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Eliazar. Mauro Eliazar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. When the final whistle sounded ALIANZA 1901 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Juventudes Libertárias.
