The audience thought a goal was coming when Mbaka Mbolu got free with Tolis Mantouvalos in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mbaka Mbolu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tolis Mantouvalos was a little too slow when Refugio Pagan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-0. Tolis Mantouvalos came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by KOCAELİSPOR's Mbaka Mbolu. But to his dismay, Mbaka Mbolu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Mbaka Mbolu managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOCAELİSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Mbaka Mbolu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tolis Mantouvalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute Mbaka Mbolu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolis Mantouvalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KOCAELİSPOR's Refugio Pagan got a free kick in the 93rd minute. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Christos Taktikos with Kleanthis Manousaridis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.
