Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when David Rios kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute David Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lester Serre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lester Serre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto-Federico Acosta went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Rosio in the 10th minute of the match. Leonides Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cristobal Goito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Rosio took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristobal Goito. Cristobal Goito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kay Oppenheim hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Carabata Groove's Toninho Santos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute, Alberto-Federico Acosta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lester Serre was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Venancio Piorno kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Carabata Groove's Esteve Urtungo was substituted for David Rios. San Lorenzo de Sarandi made a substitution. Lorenzo Jerrold replaced Elias Honrio. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ceferino Cuervo made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by 任竞剑 in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Carabata Groove's Hermengildo Bazkoare. In the 57th minute of the game 任竞剑 made a throw-in which Camilo Mouricio played forward. Hauk Hareide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute Ivan Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, 任竞剑 threw the ball into play from the sideline. Carabata Groove's Iisakki Hilden quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Lester Serre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hauk Hareide 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. If Hauk Hareide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lester Serre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hauk Hareide in the 87th minute. In the 96th minute, Hauk Hareide left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carabata Groove fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 98thth minute of the game Lorenzo Jerrold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Carabata Groove eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
