In the 15th minute Yulian Ivanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guo Ling Nan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes in the game, Leocadio Hebia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Stamen Kapitanov having to interfere. Stamen Kapitanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mincho Robledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Builder Sofia's Stamen Kapitanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mincho Robledo in the 21st minute of play. Yulian Ivanov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guo Ling Nan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Eleuterio Nofre hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, THE CLUB's Leocadio Hebia got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Carmine Mancinelli hit a great ball. Guo Ling Nan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yulian Ivanov in the 43rd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yulian Ivanov to make the kick off. In the 50thth minute of the game Mincho Robledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Builder Sofia's Stamen Kapitanov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to FC Builder Sofia getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Thomas Grelsson hit a great ball. Przemyslaw Wincek hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Yulian Ivanov came free, but Guo Ling Nan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on THE CLUB's corner Carmine Mancinelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stamen Kapitanov quite easily take care of the ball. In the 95th minute Mincho Robledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamen Kapitanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Builder Sofia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Builder Sofia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
