Cyprian Sitko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Elpidio Vitin made a huge save. Elpidio Vitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Ireno in the 59th minute of the match. Commander Crowe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cyprian Sitko in the 60th minute. Nicolas Roland scored 4-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edvard Fagerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Roland in the 68th minute of play forced Commander Crowe's goalkeeper Edvard Fagerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Commander Crowe's zone, Nicolas Roland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Fagerberg came out of the goal and Nicolas Roland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Bengt-Arne Håkansson in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vélez Juniors's Santos Fonda. When Vélez Juniors's Cristian Naike in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Edvard Fagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Naike in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Jimmie Käcker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elpidio Vitin. Vélez Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmie Käcker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Cyprian Sitko succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-3 in the 87th playminute. When Roy Andreasson fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Commander Crowe's protests and gave Roy Andreasson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th match minute, Commander Crowe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Andreasson to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Vélez Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Gotzon came free, but Elpidio Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Guido Luzaide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
