Harvey Davies made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrea De Toro in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute Hummerfiskarna were awarded a corner. Florin Răducioiu went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 7th minute of the game Karl-Michael Bergfelt made a throw-in which Tomas Gorbea played forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Andrea De Toro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hummerfiskarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrea De Toro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harvey Davies breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hummerfiskarna's Andrea De Toro got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hummerfiskarna's goalkeeper Holger Mattsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies got control of the ball when Andrea De Toro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrea De Toros short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Harvey Davies to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hummerfiskarna! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Kjellman in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Holger Mattsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 40 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Marick Brunt. 45 minutes into the match, Hummerfiskarna's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Kjellman came free, but Holger Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 47 minutes, Bolli Bolla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hummerfiskarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bolli Bolla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Harvey Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Queirós in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Arnaldo Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harvey Davies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bolli Bolla, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Aristides Gombal replaced Shaq Francis. After 64 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Dan Kjellman. Bolli Bolla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Arnaldo Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Hummerfiskarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bennvar Maradona didn't get a good kick on the ball. The FC Bal op het Dak players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
