Rafe Vallina struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Wiliam Prado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Aragua FC. Haitz Langarica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Fernandez in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Athletis PR got a corner. Atletico Aragua FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The supporters of Athletis PR booed when Atletico Aragua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauro Acebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haitz Langarica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genílson Leme's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Wiliam Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Nunez-Tesheira in the 28th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Lauro Acebal put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Wiliam Prado. In the 38th minute Genílson Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haitz Langarica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Genílson Leme came free, but Haitz Langarica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
