Josué Pacheco hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Olov Tham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adelino Coelho having to make a save. Adelino Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Tham in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when August Palm came free, but Adelino Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the SC Braga defense, August Palm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adelino Coelho. The SC Braga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adelino Coelho should have stopped the shot. SC Braga's Adelino Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Tham in the 29th minute of play. Fabrício Monteiro's late challenge caught a Baxters Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabrício Monteiro helped the player get up and apologised. Fabrício Monteiro hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Olov Tham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adelino Coelho was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, August Palm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes in the game, Olov Tham dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Jan Moberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leal Antas in the 53rd minute of the match. Adelino Coelho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from August Palm went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the game, Per Strömqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baxters Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Braga the free kick. After 66 played minutes Baxters Boys got a freekick which was hit by Evert Lindström. Baxters Boys's Alexander Klint was substituted for Johan Dalström. Evert Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Jan Moberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Figueiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 played minutes Baxters Boys got a freekick which was hit by Anders Lång. 79 minutes into the match, Baxters Boys's August Palm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adelino Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jan Moberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leal Antas, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Adelino Coelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Tham in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, SC Braga's Fabrício Monteiro got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when August Palm came free, but Adelino Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Tham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute, Josué Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 100 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goalkeeper Adelino Coelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olov Tham.

The SC Braga supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Baxters Boys's performance. The match ended with a win for Baxters Boys.
