Seating: 109, VIP seats: 9) Filip Urseanu charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Urseanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ture Torsberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octav Hortopan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. With an all-out effort, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Mattias Asserlind threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexandru Stelian, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mattias Asserlind made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Aurelian Acalinei sent off a good shot on target. After 14 minutes, Scipio Africano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kingpins and the -BZF- Fc Gheraseni players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filip Urseanu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th match minute, Kingpins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Ove Fernkvist to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgil Nedelcea got free with Mattias Asserlind in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octav Hortopan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Igelström in the 23rd minute of play. Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Acalinei in the 25th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Aurelian Acalinei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mattias Asserlind. That made the score 1-0 after 32 minutes of play. In the 41st minute Magnus Mus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Hortopan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Aurelian Acalinei recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mattias Asserlind. Aurelian Acalinei showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Mikael Ekeberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harry Igelström made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Harry Igelström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Octav Hortopan, 2-1. Harry Igelström kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Aurelian Acalinei kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Ture Torsberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Octav Hortopan. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Ralf Olsmann came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Kingpins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Olsmann couldn't finish the play. Harry Igelström scored 2-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octav Hortopan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mattias Asserlind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelian Acalinei in the 78th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes -BZF- Fc Gheraseni got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Acalinei. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Igelström got free with Octav Hortopan in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filip Urseanu was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 90th minute, Eugen Perișoară hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes in the game Ture Torsberg after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Octav Hortopan. A very good opportunity. When Fabian Verzea came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the -BZF- Fc Gheraseni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Verzea couldn't finish the play.
With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Virgil Nedelcea in -BZF- Fc Gheraseni was the one to initiate the kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in -BZF- Fc Gheraseni fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 106th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kingpins a penalty, 108 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mikael Ekeberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Octav Hortopan. 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kingpins walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
