Fabian Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Gustavo in the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Romero to make the kick off. Arí Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Scofield's zone, Douglas Gustavo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Pello came out of the goal and Douglas Gustavo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Nicasio Frederico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Scofield's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Gustavo came free, but Fabian Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Gustavo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fabian Pello made a huge save.
