Gasteiz Latorre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Ismael Toscano made a huge save. When Celso Trasloseros came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Trasloseros couldn't finish the play. Ismael Toscano made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Gasteiz Latorre sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, Crisólia FBPA's goalkeeper Ismael Toscano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gasteiz Latorre. 19 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismael Toscano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ipar Capitan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Alvarez Arbulo was substituted for Marco Aguirre. In the 22nd minute, Ipar Capitan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Crisólia FBPA were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rosendo Colon took the corner. The corner ended in Rosendo Colon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Baiano in the 36th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Avellana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo made a substitution. The wind increased when Anthon Öberg made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Deunoro Barbadillo. 59 minutes into the match, Lucas Beltran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremy Avellana. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Beltran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Rodo's Guto Pirani to fire away a dangerous shot which Ismael Toscano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 91st minute, Justino Bastian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cléberson Fantini came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Crisólia FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cléberson Fantini couldn't finish the play. Jeremy Avellana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Beltran in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Crisólia FBPA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
